2050HRS
Airborne just above Lahore
We were born devoid of a fear of heights.
Okay let me rephrase that.
We were born devoid of an otherwise inherent fear of flying.
Perhaps if we were to climb a rock & look down we'd throw up immediately, just before losing balance but somehow my beautiful city that holds my heart in its hot, unruly, traffic-laden streets, shines back at me from n,000 ft, it doesn't scare me.
We are used to the view one beholds. From a plane's window it was always more beauty than "Oh look teh land is so far down below" Beauty or simply seeing the atlas in real life!
My father always showed us beauty & goodness in life and God. Mom a bit more technical when it came to maps and a tad more caution.
As I look down, I am pulled back to the Physics Lessons.
Newton's laws of motionb, discovery of gravity, 9.8m/sec2. Easier said than done.
Imagine covering a distance of nine point eight metres in a square of a second. Imagine the force it will generate, given the body mass one holds (a renewed will to lose weight) The heat that will generate as a result of such energy.
Broast in the air.
This diary will make such a cool finding if...oh man... Subhanallazi Sakhharalanaa...
P.S. Post my self inflicted freakout, there was severe turbulence :|
Hajj, childbirth, martyrdom, bikini wax & Funny thoughts followed by turbulence on a plane should qualify absolving one of all sins & wrongdoing.
I feel as innocent as a newborn. I do. Promise.

Every snowflake yearns to touch the ground, to melt, to change it's state, be something it isn't yet, whether it's water, ice or a snowball. Change is but a constant. Keep Commenting...let me know what you think.
